You know, one can't really call a lens from 1980 new, but a good quality, small and lightweight glass is always welcome in my bag, specially if it is replacing something 4x bigger/heavier. I needed something more discrete and light to my street shooting, the Nex 7 + 35mm is my combo of choice but I need to get too close to make people's shots. The 135mm with manual focus solves the inconvenience of carrying a large 70-200, which gets me the shots when I feel like carrying 3Kg of lens + camera (without tripod) and if people don't get alarmed by the size of the equipment. Believe me, not too many people like to have it pointed at them. Not here.
