A bit late for this one, but here are a few photographs from the Syttende Mai in Bergen. 17/05 is the Constitution Day in Norway, cities prepare for their celebrations and you see really beautiful stuff on the streets. It is particularly great here, given the rich and relevant history of Bergen, where you truly experience the Norwegian traditions and pride.
Of course I have quite a few "busy" shots, but for this one I opted to show just some interesting subjects that I either captured on the move like the guy talking on the phone and the woman with an umbrella, or after asking for a portrait like the group of kids and the guy with a drum.
By the way, I promised the kids to send them their photographs. If you guys are reading it, please write to me.
